After so many years hunting with semi auto i said to my self that is time for my over and under but all this years i use steel loads with fast and heavy loads no good for an over and under to much kick. so i order 1 lib.bismuth #3 to tray some loads from roosters book.no buffer at all.no plastic wad,.only fiber wad and miller wrap....i have no words 5 shots 3 ducks .was like shoot lead shot with heavy target load recoil....this summer imgoing to order a 10 lib. bag.I really dont know why so many years i punish my shoulder and my guns with those super fast stell kickers, thanks roto that you open my eyes.

I have cut open shells from bismuth ammunition manufacturers and find that Roto Metals shot is the same or better quality than what they offer. I load 1 ounce of Roto metals #4 bismuth with buffer in my 16 gauge at 1450fps. It is a fantastic pheasant load!
