Description

Zinc Sheet - .027" or 22 Gauge Thickness. Please select your size above. We recommend you order a piece that is larger then you need.

PVC - We ship our zinc sheets without PVC covering. If you would like to add PVC to your sheet, there is a $15 charge per side per sheet; you may add that to your order here. Make sure to order one PVC Lining per sheet ordered.

Shipping Warning - By default, these pieces will be rolled into a box and shipped via UPS/FedEx as it is the most economical way to ship .020, .027, .030 sheets. However 5-10% of the time UPS/FedEx can damage the edges of the sheets in transit. UPS/FedEx most likely won't cover this via their insurance, so we recommend if you need the full width of the sheet then have the sheets shipped via freight. You must call to arrange freight shipping. Most people however don't need the full width, as they will be cutting off some of the edge or folding it under, so shipping via parcel service is fine.

WARNING Due to the nature of product, some scratches and blemishes should be expected. Metal sheets, just like their antique counterparts, may contain a certain amount of flaws, smudges, and scratches especially after shipping. Most of these marks can be buffed out using 0000 Steel Wool once the sheet is installed. Make sure you unroll and reverse lay the sheet to help it relax and flatten back out faster. You also may apply some heat to help relax it. If you leave the sheet in the shipping box for more then 10-12 days then it becomes harder to flatten.

Exactly what I wanted for my kitchen counter

Posted by June W Lovell on Apr 29th 2019

I remodeled the kitchen in my 1960-ish bungalow and made a mistake in one section. After a year of living with my design error I decided to re-remodel that area but I didn't want to pay for another slab of stone and the fabrication thereof so hit on zinc as an alternative. I researched and found this company. I spoke to customer service and was able to understand what I needed for the job. Delivered in record breaking time! The adhesive, flux, etc., exactly as needed for the job. Very very happy with the order/delivery and very very happy with the zinc.
