Description
This is a 16 oz kit of Ever-Clear Sealer for Zinc and metal table tops, counter tops and all horizontal surfaces. Ever-Clear acrylic urethane is a two part clear, durable, low VOC, air drying coating. It is formulated for use on bronze, brass, copper, steel, wood, terracotta, ceramics, and concrete. Ever-Clear provides unusual under-film tarnish protection as well as superior resistance to UV light and salt air environments.
One 16 oz 2-part kit is enough to give 40 square feet of protection. In some cases, with heavy or outdoor use, you may consider doing two coats of sealer. You must wait for 5 days for the sealer to fully cure before using the table, counter or bar top. Failure to do so may result in marks in the sealer.
Ever-Clear may be thinned up to 20% with Xylene or Sculpt Nouveau Solvent Thinner for use in quality sprayers. We have now added the Sculpt Nouveau Thinner to our website!

Ever Clear 2 part coating - A & B
We are only half way through our exterior metal gate project - and this product is performing as advertised. It is not that difficult to work with (iI can only speak as a profesional painter however- using an HVLP system to apply). It has excellent adhesion to the metal and it's quick drying. I think it will last longer than any rustoleum paint or any 'direct to metal' paint we could apply. I'm very pleased with it - just need to see if it's as durable I think it will be. The tack time is what I like best, once applied, which was a big concern we had. So, waiting for it to fully cure is no longer a worry. Or having wind blowin particles stick to it prior to it 'tacking up' has not been an issue at all. But we are in conditions of 4% humidity and 10-20 mph wind gusts - so that helps it to dry quickly. We were able to use the moving parts on the gates by the end of the day, without the product scraping off or even showing signs of wear (wear patterns) due to early use. Very pleased thus far!
