Magnesium Anodes

Magnesium anodes are used for fresh water applications; for salt or brackish water use our zinc anodes or rods. All magnesium pencil anodes and rods contain a steel core. If you don't see the size of anode or rod that you need, please email sales@rotometals.com and we will work with you to get you what you need.

Unless otherwise noted, all rods are made to a standard anode grade of the following:
3% Aluminum, 0.2% Manganese, 1% Zinc, 95.8% Magnesium

None of the Magnesium Products can be used for fire starting, they must be 99.9% pure.
NOTE- The Length of the Pencil anodes with the plugs, is the OVERALL length with the plug - They can easily be cut shorter if needed
