These nuggets are made of 99.9%+ new, clean lead. You will receive a mix of small cylinder nuggets, that measure approximately 3/4" in diameter and length, and range from .2 to .25 pounds each, or 4-5 pieces per pound. The nuggets are easy to melt and great for casting bullets and fishing weights. The Brinell Hardness scale of 99.9% Lead is approximately 5.
 
Individual nugget size varies.  Average size is approx 3/4" diameter by 1/2" to 1" length.

    This mixed bag gave me the variety I needed to weight my chess pieces. Solid nuggets, as described. Easy to hack in half when needed with a hatchet and a hammer on a concrete floor!
