Thermal Reactive Paste Sealing Compound

A heat-curing paste sealant designed for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. DEACON 770-P is a resin-based compound that forms a mechanical-type seal when exposed to heat. It is specially formulated for sealing flanges, threaded connections, and metal-to-metal joints and can also be used as a dressing on traditional fabricated gaskets. The compound resists thermal cycling and provides sealing protection against steam, oils, solvents, hydrocarbons, and various chemicals. Because 770-P does not cement joints together, it allows for easier disassembly and future repairs. Ideal for NPT pipe fittings and industrial sealing applications.
