This very hard alloy was designed
to completely fill the molds used in the printing process prior to the development of computerized typesetting in the late 20th century. It is a bit hard for silhouette shooting or hunting bullets, as it tends to shatter when hitting metal plates or heavy bones.

    Lots of letters.

Posted by Duane on Feb 14th 2022

Lots of letters. I find myself picking out ones to spell my name! Started with just my initials then my wife’s, then full names. Now I’m thinking hostage letter! So many neat fonts. I found an ampersand that I’m keeping! It appears that it should make good bullets. I plan on mixing a percentage of pure lead in once I get it all melted into ingots. Good stuff and I find it interesting too.
