The US Postal System now offers better tracking with delivery confirmation
service.  You can see this additional data when you click "additional
details" at the USPS website.  US Priority Mail usually takes 2-5
business days from date of shipping.  USPS tracking does not always
show step by step tracking as UPS does.  Sometimes it shows a couple
steps along the packages route and other times it only show the final
scan when it is delivered.

UPS offers great package tracking and deliveries of between 2-6 business days.. On larger, heavier 
items we will use a trucking company. We also will ship freight collect if you 
want to use your own carrier.San Francisco/Oakland area on a limited basis.
Most stock items can be shipped out within 24 hours.

Do we ship to Canada and other Countries?
Yes we ship to Canada often. You can add the items to the shopping cart and put in your zip code and it will calculate shipping for you. 
If you don't see your country listed, then email us and we can add it to our shopping cart.  
We are not responsible for Brokers fees, customer, or taxes. This will be collected from the delivery company. UPS usually charges more then USPS Mail
But you can call your country customs to find out what the charges will be.

Pricing / Minimum Order
Please do not hesitate to call or fax us and we will gladly give you the current price if it isn’t listed. There is no minimum order if placed online. However, a $25.00 minimum is required if order is placed by phone.

Return Policy
Stock items are returnable within 30 Days as long as they are in re-sellable condition (i.e. not painted or cut) . Custom items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you want to return a order that had free shipping on it, The shipping charge will be deducted from the merchandise total.
