5-23-11 To All of You at Rotometals,
I don't know how you folks do it! I have purchased from you several
times now and the result is always the same. By the time I log off and
get up from the computer, you guys have jumped on the corporate jet with
my order and delivered it to the Post Office here in Alaska for me to
pick up. Isn't all of that aviation fuel killing your profits? Which
Gulf Stream are you flying? Do you all have your pilots licenses or
just a few?
At any rate, thanks! I don't know if you do this for everyone or if I
am just special (which is my first choice) but you must have the biggest
satisfied customer list in the world. If you ever want "satisfied
customer comments" let me know and I will give you one that is as good
as your service.

Very Satisfied Repeat and Returning Customer 4-27-11 Absolutely awesome customer service! I placed an order online for
reclaimed lead shot for my lead sled at 8:54am on Monday this week and I
received shipping confirmation at 9:40am on the same day! That is
within 46 minutes of placing the order! Additionally, I received my 50
pound shipment on Wednesday at 3pm on the same week! Awesome service

1-4-10 WOW! What service and so easy! It almost seemed to good to be true.
Free shipping for 60# of lead. Really? Well, it arrived today just as I
pictured it, and only two and a half days after I placed the order
online. You definitely have a new, loyal customer in me and I will
gladly spread the word to all of my Rendezvous and muzzleloading
buddies. I have been searching for quite some time for some pure lead
to cast balls for my muzzleloader. Keep up the good work and excellent
service!
Scott J. 10-29-09 I just received my first order for 25:1 bullet lead alloy from
your company. Your service is great! I have been away from shooting
cast bullets for several years (30+). Being able to order lead that is
already to use for casting without all the hastles of testing hardness
and adding tin is fantastic. I used to use scrap lead and wheel
weights when I was in college in the 70's. This is so much easier.
