Description

The ZSS-2.8 is a zinc anode containing a single cast-in galvanized steel mounting strap. This strap may have holes drilled in it to allow you to bolt onto the surface needing protection or the strap may be bent to allow welding to the hull surface. This zinc part measures 1" x 2" x 5", and weighs approximately 2.8 pounds. The strap is 12.5" long. The overall strap dimensions are .18 x 1.25 x 12.5. The ZSS-2.8 is made to current MIL A 18001K spec (aka ASTM B-418 Type 1). Please call if you want an anode with a different alloy.
