.030" x 52.75" Extra Extra Wide Zinc Sheet - 20 Gauge

Zinc Sheet .030" thickness/20 gauge. NEW 52.75" Wide, (Widest Zinc Sheets made in the WORLD!) Please do not mix with other widths like 44" as the grain pattern will not match. Buying a full sheet will provide you the best value. The cut sizes have a tolerance of +/- 1/8". We recommend that you order a piece that is larger then you need.

These sheets will only ship rolled in a box. There may be edge damage when shipped ground.  If you want to protect the edges, select freight when choosing shipping options and the sheets will be shipped rolled in a box as upright freight.

PVC - We ship our zinc sheets without PVC covering. If you would like to add PVC to your sheet there is a $15 charge per side per sheet; you may add that to your order here. Make sure to order one PVC Lining per sheet ordered.

Shipping Warning- The most economical way to ship .020, .027, .030 sheets is via FedEx Ground rolled up in a box. However 5-10% of the time FedEx can damage the edges of the sheets in transit. UPS/FedEx most likely won't cover this via their insurance so we recommend if you need the full width of the sheet then have the sheets shipped via freight. You must call to arrange freight shipping. Most people however, don't need the full width, as they will be cutting off some of the edge or folding it under, so shipping via parcel service is fine. 

Warning Due to the nature of this product, some scratches and blemishes should be expected. Metal sheets just like their antique counterparts, may contain a certain amount of flaws, smudges, and scratches especially after shipping. Most of these marks can be buffed out using 0000 Steel Wool once the sheet is installed. IMPORTANT: Make sure you unroll and reverse lay the sheet to help it relax and flatten back out faster. You also may apply some heat to help relax it. If you leave the sheet in  the shipping box for more then 10-12 days then it becomes harder to flatten.
